In war-torn Syria, displaced people’s struggle in areas that were held by ISIS has been unbearable. During the 9-year war in Syria, Noor a displaced mother fled Homs with her kids, after her house was bombed. Noor is currently living in a deserted area in Raqqa, where basic human services such as water and electricity are a privilege that she can’t have. In these dire humanitarian conditions, she tries to put food on her table for her three kids. Such conditions have become an unbearable strain as she was displaced a number of times and lost all her identification documents, which are required by international humanitarian organizations to receive humanitarian aid
