A24 Reporter : Strong earthquake strikes Baghdad, No damage reported

Arab 24 reporter said that an earthquake struck the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, on Wednesday morning.

He said that the earthquake has not caused any damage so far.

According to the Global Seismological Observatory, the intensity of the earthquake was 4.9 on the Richter scale, at a depth of 10 km from its center in Ilam Governorate, on the Iraqi-Iranian border, and a distance of 164 km from the capital, Baghdad.
