Italy, to place 16 million people under quarantine, because of Corona

The Italian prime minister Giuseppe Conte, has signed a decree to place 16 million people under quarantine in the north, attempting to have a control on the spread of coronavirus, and the measures will be in place until 3 April.

“For Lombardy and for the other northern provinces that I have listed there will be a ban for everybody to move in and out of these territories and also within the same territory,” Conte said.
