The American embassy in Tripoli warns both Libyan conflict parties against the resumption of hostilities
The Washington diplomatic mission in Tripoli, in a statement posted on its account on Twitter, said that the US ambassador to Libya, Richard Norland, “warns of renewed military operations” in the country.
The statement added: “The US embassy is following with concern the reliable reports that significant military operations are being planned by the forces affiliated with both the Libyan Arab Armed Forces and the National Accord government in the near future.”
