Russian Foreign Ministry: Turkey is responsible for the escalation of tension in Idlib

The Russian Foreign Ministry said that the Turkish side responsible for the escalation of tension in the Idlib region, northwest of Syria, today, Wednesday, stressing that Turkey does not adhere to a “chronic” commitment to the framework of the Sochi Memorandum.
