Russian Energy Minister: the assessment of Coronavirus impact on oil needs time

Interfax news agency reported on Thursday that Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said that assessing any impact of the new Corona virus on oil markets needs time, adding that Russia is not yet ready to announce its position on OPEC + action regarding the outbreak of the Corona virus and that it is too early to talk about any resolution.
