Egypt, Ethiopia and Sudan sign the final agreement on Nahda Dam in February

Egypt, Ethiopia and Sudan said they would sign a final agreement by the end of February on the Ethiopian Nahda Dam, which sparked a years-long diplomatic crisis between Cairo and Addis Ababa, after talks between the three regional powers in Washington ended on Friday without a final agreement.
