Tunisian Prime Minister-designate Elias El-Fakhfakh said on Friday that he intends to form a government that adheres to the principles of the 2011 revolution and seeks to change the country’s economic policies towards a social orientation focused on improving public services and tackling the problems of frustrated youth.
