The American-led coalition announces the cessation of operations against ISIS operatives

The US-led coalition fighting ISIS in Iraq and Syria has announced that it would halt most operations against militants today and focus on protecting coalition forces and bases amid increasing tension with Iran after the assassination of Qassem Soleimani, launched by the United States.
