Russia declares a cease-fire in Idlib, Syria
The Russian news agency TASS quoted Russian Maj. Gen. Yuri Borenkov, an official at the Russian Defense Ministry, as saying that a ceasefire had begun in Idlib, northwestern Syria, “according to the agreements with the Turkish side,” according to him.
