Flood dams Al-Wala and Al-Bawaidah for the first time this season in Jordan

The Jordanian Ministry of Water confirmed, today, Friday, the flooding of the Al-Wala and Al-Bawaida dams, after the Ministry had previously warned of the flooding of the Al-Wala Dam, after it was full full storage capacity towards Wadi Al-Wala and Al-Haidan for the first time this year.

The press spokesman for the ministry, Omar Salama, called on all citizens to take precautions and take all necessary measures and not to approach the course of the valley, revealing that the rate of water flow into the dam’s body exceeded 40 cubic meters per second.
