Johnson heads to Buckingham Palace to get the official mandate to form a government
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has left government headquarters for Buckingham Palace to obtain a formal mandate from Queen Elizabeth to form a new government after the Conservative Party won a large majority in the general election.
