Disagreement within the coalition over the handover of ISIS detainees

The United States on Thursday pressed countries in the alliance against ISIS to agree to take over its deported citizens but despite the unanimity of the danger of the problem, disagreements remain. And despite losing almost all of the territory it has controlled in Syria and Iraq, ISIS remains a security threat in Syria and abroad.
